I am the contact person who keeps the overview. I manage the project and make sure communication between both sides is clear.

I discuss with you what you want and agree it with the contractor in Spanish, so everyone knows what needs to be done.

I check whether the work is on schedule and address the contractor when needed.
Present on site
I live and work in Málaga. I visit the project and see for myself how the work is going.

You hear from me how things are going. Questions from the contractor go through me, so you do not have to chase everything yourself.

Hands-on experience, on site in Málaga
I am René van Ringelesteijn. With over twenty years of experience in technical, building and maintenance work, I know how a renovation fits together and where it can go wrong.
I now use that experience to manage projects. I know what to ask of a contractor, quickly see whether work is done properly, and turn your wishes into concrete agreements. I speak Spanish, so I deal directly with the Spanish contractor.
Many of my clients do not live in Spain full time. For them, I am the trusted person in Málaga who keeps the overview.
